There’s a direct, irrefutable connection between our feet walking on the Earth and our spirit. Science has proven this. You’ve most likely experience this profound connection yourself. This profound, natural sole to soul connection is at the heart of my virtual women’s walking community. In fact I call it the Sole to Soul™ Journey. I created this transformational journey with you in mind. My community, The Walking Women, and Sole to Soul™ are for women with never ending To Do lists who habitually defer their self-care.
